Corinna is the sole proprietor of Personal Thyme, a personal chef business serving Calgary, Alberta. She has also worked at Rouge (formerly The Cross House Restaurant) and Catch.
Corinna was enrolled in the Professional Cooking Program at SAIT. She graduated in December, 2002 with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Corinna was awarded the City Palate Scholarship, by City Palate Magazine. There was a presentation at SAIT during the April graduation. She was the valedictorian for her class. At the December graduation, she received:
- the Sysco-Cerca award for academic excellence;
- the Louise McKinney scholarship;
- and an award for being on the Dean's List (GPA above 3.75).
